Mechanic installed faulty starter and refused to honor repair warranty.

Patrick, this sounds like a miss communication issue, what vehicle was the starter replaced on? If you bring the receipt in along with the vehicle we will have the starter swapped out with a replacement under warranty. We have no reason to lie or deceive our customers. I’m sorry this situation was resulted in a misunderstanding.
