I am truly sorry that we could not provide immediate gratification. A car inspection requires at a minimum 30 minutes to complete. We had eleven cars to finish today for customers who made appointments in advance. It's the same as if you were getting a haircut, seeing a doctor, or even ordering a pizza. Some advance notice is required. Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!
