Hello Jennifer I wished you would of voiced your concern to us to be given the opportunity to make it right for you instead of this review. We guarantee our work as mention to you on the time of your appointment and we ask to reach to us if any issues or concerns come across and are always happy to assist, all you needed was to contact us. If you would have reached out this would off taken care of but you didn’t reach out to us as you mention you were contacted and per text messages this was never mention. And in regard to being booked there was no deposit or any charges in regards to the appointment or see how this was an issue. We apologize we wished you would have reached out.
