For more than 11 years, we’ve prided ourselves on how we care for people by caring for their cars. We are a small, family business and our customer relationships are our heart and soul. Our overwhelming Google 5-star reviews are all actual customer experiences and speak volumes on this point. As you stated yourself in your review, you are not a customer in our customer base. Your review is not based in accurate information or actual experience. We did have a job in recently with an issue similar to what you’ve described, however it’s a stretch to think you’re describing the same vehicle: That customer has a different name; and the facts around that job vary greatly from what you stated. We reached out to that person regarding this review. That repair estimate was less than $400. It included a diagnostic charge to source an overheat condition, diagnose 3 check engine codes, and diagnose an issue with a door lock. That’s a significant amount of diagnostics that we were willing to do for a reasonable charge. Also, the part that we priced for that job is not available for $30 at any of the parts vendors in town –we called them all. Our primary vendors aren’t even paying $30 for it (the
