Shop lied about performing diagnostic services and refused a refund.
Business reply on Google
Eric, we take your feedback seriously, but we do not agree with the claim that our team lied or acted dishonestly. Based on our records, we agreed to perform a diagnostic/scan using the tools available at our shop, and we did not guarantee that the specific historical ECU data you were seeking could be retrieved. Once the vehicle arrived, we were informed it could not be started or run due to existing internal engine damage, which limited what could be accessed. Our team pulled and sent the codes and information available, explained that our scanners could not retrieve the additional data requested, recommended another shop with the equipment you referenced, and did not charge you for our technician’s time. We understand the towing cost was frustrating, but the review does not accurately reflect the full timeline or the steps our team took to assist you. Please contact us directly at (602) 962-9282 if you would like to discuss this further.

The business allegedly manipulates reviews and provides inflated price estimates.

Joey, thank you for sharing your feedback. I'd like to clarify that business owners do not have the ability to delete Google reviews. While we report fraudulent reviews to Google for removal per their policies, we have no record of a prior review from your account or service history matching your claims. High diagnostic fees and inaccurate recommendations for unnecessary tire replacement.
Business reply on Google
Savanna, we’re sorry to see your 2-star review, and we understand why the final total felt frustrating. We’ve reviewed our notes from your visit, and when a check engine light is on, we don’t guess or rely on a quick scan, we perform proper testing, which in your case included scanning, checking OEM information, running a smoke test, and verifying the EVAP system passed after confirming the fuel cap leak and clearing codes. That diagnostic time and equipment use is what the $185 covers, and it’s the reason you left with a verified result instead of replacing parts without proof. Regarding the tire concern, recommendations are based on the condition observed at the time of inspection, and we’re glad you had it checked again for peace of mind. If you’d like to discuss this further, please call (602) 962-9282.
Shop provided an inaccurate and overpriced diagnosis for vehicle repairs.
Business reply on Google
Frank, we’re sorry you left this experience feeling misled, because that isn’t how we operate. We’ve reviewed our notes from your visit, and your concern involved an intermittent shift concern and a dragging noise, and while there were no stored engine or transmission codes, our road test still produced a consistent dragging sound with delayed shifting in multiple gears. Based on those symptoms, we discussed the possibility of an internal transmission concern and provided an estimate tied to the noise, but we did not present it as a confirmed fix without supporting codes or hard data. We’re glad your vehicle is driving well after the second opinion and repair, and if you’d like to discuss what we documented and what was explained during your visit, please call (602) 962-9282.
Staff provided poor service and exhibited discriminatory behavior during vehicle check-in.

We strive for excellent customer service and your feedback will help us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Mechanics failed to properly reassemble vehicle components after expensive repairs.
Business reply on Google
Hi Skyler, We’re sorry to hear about your frustration with this repair. For transparency, you were not the customer we worked with directly during this process, nor the individual who paid for the repairs. Our agreement and communication were with the vehicle’s owner and the person covering the cost. Throughout the repair, multiple family members contacted us separately for updates, and the point of contact was not clearly established. While the work was being performed, our technician reported that individuals entered the work area after hours and pressured him to finish early. We ask all customers to remain in designated areas for safety reasons. Regarding your concern, the hose clamp was loose; however, the radiator cap was in place when the vehicle left our shop. When notified of the overheating, our technician drove to your location to assist. At that time, the interaction became verbally aggressive, and for his safety, he contacted the shop and was given permission to leave. During the repair, we provided complimentary Uber rides to help with transportation, explained the complexity of the work and parts availability, and ultimately refunded the full cost of the repair to the

Shop provided inflated repair quotes and unnecessary service recommendations

We're sorry you feel you didn’t have a good experience in our shop, Paul. Our goal is to provide top-notch service, and your feedback helps us do better. We understand that auto repair can be a very expensive endeavor and rarely is an owner anticipating costly fixes when the occur. The labor for your battery replacement is based on the location which can be hard to access and require additional time than a typical battery. Price of service can be based on several factors like warranties, quality of parts, experience level of our mechanics, as well as numerous other influences. We hope for the chance to earn your business again in the future.

mechanics performed faulty repairs and overcharged for parts and labor
Business reply on Google
Hi, James. We are sorry you feel you had a bad experience in our shop. Our team strives to provide top notch customer care and auto repair to each person who comes through our doors. We are sorry you feel you did not experience this. The initial fuel pump we installed did fail. Our tow companies are all local, so it did take extra time to get the vehicle towed to us. We paid for the tow and remedied the failed fuel pump. We also warrantied it. The vehicle is in need of additional repair work, which we informed you of and gave an estimate for. If you would like to discuss things further, please give our shop a call. Otherwise, we truly wish you nothing but the best on your auto repair journey.

Hi, Craig. We are sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience in our shop. Since your last visit, we became aware of a malfunction with one of our battery testers. We found it was broken and therefore wrongfully concluding that the batteries it was testing were bad when they were not. We had no idea this was happening and we are so sorry to have not caught that sooner. We are happy to hear you received a second opinion and did not have to replace the battery after all! As for the rest of the work, we are glad to hear you had it all repaired as well. We strive to provide all our work at a highly competitive price and we stand by it all with a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. We are glad to hear you could get things figured out and we wish you nothing but the best on your auto repair journey from here!

Hi, Topher. We are sorry to say we do not have record of you in our system as a customer in our shop. Was this review intended for another shop? Vehicle required additional repairs shortly after receiving an oil change.
Business reply on Google
Hi, freestyle Davies. We are sorry to hear you feel you had a less than 5-star experience in our shop. According to our records, we serviced your truck with an oil change to your satisfaction. 5 days later, you brought it back in due to the check engine light coming on. Our team of ASE Certified Technicians ran diagnostics and found that the catalytic converter had a P0430 efficiency error code. Due to your truck having 230K miles on it, this was not terribly surprising to our team. We worked hard and did what we could, but ultimately we did not have the capability to provide a replacement convertor for free as you desired. We know that auto repair and maintenance can be frustrating. We are truly sorry to hear that you feel we did not try out best to serve you. Should you like to come back, we would love to help you get your truck up and running safely and properly.

Hey John, thanks for taking the time to write a review. It sounds like some wires got crossed here, and we would love the opportunity to make the situation right. Can you give us a call and ask for either John or Brock? (602) 962-9282.
Vehicle performance worsened and new mechanical issues appeared after expensive repairs.
Business reply on Google
Mr. Beiler, I am sorry you felt that our service fell below your expectations. Regarding the coolant leak on your 2002 Ford Ranger, the work was approved by you before any work was completed then at the time of pick up you questioned the pricing. We then adjusted the pricing which we did out of customer goodwill. Then the check engine light came on- we offered to scan and diagnose the code for free to see if it was anything to do with the work we completed. The check engine light code was a P0456- evaporative emissions system small leak (fuel tank vapor)- we conducted a smoke test and found the vehicle was leaking fuel tank vapor from on top of the fuel tank. We called and explained the issues at hand and you did tell us the fuel pump was replaced recently- once the fuel pump was visible another smoke test was performed and the pump had a hairline crack where the fuel filler neck vent attaches. The fuel pump was in good working order besides this crack and that is why the pump needed to be replaced. After you left about a week later you called for pricing on the front brakes we recommended. You stated on the phone that you got another quote that was significantly lower but when we
