Our records indicate that an initial payment was made on March 18, 2026. An additional offer was accepted, and a supplemental payment will be issued this week. You elected to transfer one item to your MCO for further review. If this was done in error, you must contact the DPS help desk to transfer it back to the TSP. For the disputed items please refer to your offer letter that was emailed to you. If you are able to provide the requested information, including substantiation of value and/or third-party electronics estimates, our office will review for further consideration. You also retain the right to transfer any disputed items to your Military Claims Office (MCO) for further review. Additionally, a third party has been contacted to complete assembly on Friday, June 13th. Agents are tracing for missing items and if located will deliver promptly. We regret that your shipment was not without incident. The TSP is required to adjudicate all claims within the Defense Personal Property Claims & Liability Business Rules. Regarding the missing items from your first claim; the kids bicycle and three fishing poles were located and delivered to you on November 11, 2024. The other items in your first claim have either been settled and paid or you have transferred them to the Military Claims Office for further review. The offers for your second claim have been posted to DPS and upon acceptance in DPS, a settlement check will be issued. Company devalues damaged items and delays insurance claim payouts for military move.

Dear Mr. Carelli, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. We genuinely value your input, and I would like to take this opportunity to address the concerns you've raised. First and foremost, please understand that our contracts are directly with the Government Department of Defense (DoD), and as such, we are bound by the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the Military when it comes to claims liability, settlement processes, and dispute resolution. Your claim for damaged household goods was received on March 16, 2023. After receiving the claim, we promptly initiated the inspection process and presented a settlement offer within the required timeframes. We understand that the initial offer did not meet with your approval and TMM worked through the rebuttal process until the offers were acceptable. At this time, there are currently two items which are awaiting repair work and TMM will remain in communication with you to insure that the repair work is successfully completed.
