Hey Akash, we’re sorry to hear you left feeling frustrated with your visit. From our side, the original appointment did not come through in our system, which is managed at the corporate level and not something we can directly control. When you arrived, we worked with you to get the appointment rescheduled so we could still take care of your vehicle. On the day you returned, we did inform you that we would need the vehicle for the day and planned to get it into the shop as soon as a bay became available. At that time, we were finishing several previously started repairs that required completion before we could safely move to the next vehicles in line. Your vehicle was next up once we had capacity in the shop. We understand how important timing and communication are, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. It was never our intention for you to feel ignored or disregarded, and we always aim to work through vehicles as efficiently and fairly as possible while completing ongoing repairs properly. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
