Hi M, Sounds like you might have us confused with another business! We are a private personal training facility and the facility is only available to our personal training clients. I’m not sure what you mean when you say you expected more for the price because all of our clients have 3-12 monthlong packages for personal training and we have never had a complaint of a dirty facility or unhelpful staff. Can you please let us know which staff member was not helpful so we can address that with them please! Also, can you tell me if you were a personal training client of ours and who your trainer was so I can make sure these issues are addressed?
