Oil changes are not the same for all vehicles, the type of oil, filter and time needed for the job differs as well as pricing. As the air filter we do not stock air filters and this is probably why we told you we could not do it and to return once it was ordered. These are things you failed to comprehend so instead you decided to leave a negative review. Something only a child would do :).
