At Vernon Auto Repair we proudly service our community of customers since 1998. We work hard everyday to keep our customers coming back year after year. You brought in the vehicle to us (7 months ago) with brakes that were metal to metal. This means that the metal backing of the pad rubs on the surface of the rotor which is also made of metal. We had advised you that the rotors were below minimum thickness . Hence, you would need a replacement of rotors and pads. We replaced the parts with new ceramic pads and new rotors . Now what can happen after couple of months is that the caliper can start to wear which will cause the brake pads to wear prematurely . The caliper pins can corrode. This will cause the caliper not to slide and hence your brakes will worn out much quicker.( this is your issue) This is another issue separately (7 months later) . You went to another mechanic who didn’t explain this to you or you would have not left a review like this . If you have questions or concerns contact me directly at 3478815766- Ahmed.

You were quoted a very good price for a OEM PRODUCT and parts and labor and a 1 year warranty. You can give the dealer a call and ask for a quote for parts and labor and we’ll pay for your repairs if it’s less than the 615$ we quoted you. Thank you for giving us a call.
