Hey Gianna, I am truly heartbroken to read about your Camaro. I want to start off by saying I apologize for all of the terrible issues you’ve gone through. I also want to let you know that we did replace the oil with Mobil 1 per our system. During the findings of your oil leak we stated we wanted to move forward with this first leak since it was the highest in the engine bay which may cause bad/wrong diagnostic if not addressed before addressing any other leaks under this. The lack of quality of this job is not what we stand behind (sensor being loose). I do want you to understand we asked for the vehicle to be driven extra miles to help with the diagnostic of any further leaks. Also, if the oil was low, the vehicle would have given you a notice for it, I do believe there was other underlying issues that made you “blow a piston”. I would love to speak to you personally to address this and get more information of the findings on what failed in your engine.
