Hi Yan! I do love that your other son enjoyed the gym and decided to stay for a few hours - in regards to your issue with the refund - our employee followed protocol and passed the word on to us! We truly attempt to post our hour changes on our google site AND our calendar on our website, not to say that we may have missed a last-minute booking. Hello and thank you for spending the time to review your latest visit to We Rock the Spectrum Jacksonville. We are so glad to hear that your little one had a great time. We are continuing to add equipment especially items for older children so please check back for more things to do for your 9 year old. As far as the time limit, we do limit the number of hours to 3 for each paying visit of $12. You can purchase an all day pass for $20 if you would like to stay longer. We don't have chairs on the gym floor as we really want to encourage the families to all play together. We are so glad that your youngest had a great time and we truly hope to see you in soon. Our environment is set up to be parent-led play, especially at your daughter's age, where she can interact on the equipment with you!
