Our rentals are month-to-month, and while we offer competitive introductory rates, rental pricing is reviewed periodically based on market conditions. We also require that all stored property be covered by an, insurance plan or qualifying personal insurance. If customers choose to use their own insurance, we periodically verify that coverage remains active and continues to meet the lease requirements.
