Killem W Kindenss, I am really sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling that we were unwilling to assist you, however, we offered to provide you with a quote, but informed you that we would require the VIN number for your vehicle in order to do so. I understand the frustration that you were wanting to use your provided parts, however, it has been our policy for some time that we do not allow for customer provided parts in order to provide a warranty to our customers. Jaden, Our ability to be up front and honest about the condition of a vehicle brought to us is what we are known for and what sets us apart. It is unfortunate that our honesty in letting you know that we were simply unable to work on your vehicle for numerous reasons would warrant a bad review. We both agreed it was fair that after 3+ hours of diagnostic and thorough review of your vehicle that you only paid for a half hours worth of our technicians time. I hope that you will understand that we were not just looking our for our best interest but in yours as well as we did not want you simply putting money into repairs we were not confident would be suitable.
