We sorry this happen to you but unfortunately Amy is on her vacation since July 9 and won't be back until August 22. Did you mistake someone else? And did you get regular manicure or gel manicure because regular manicure doesn't take long time to do since it just basic and for gel manicure we couldn't do it in 15 minutes! You can always let us know what wrong at the moment:)

Hi Jasmine, when you walk in we were busy and ask if you can wait and you said ok and sit wait. While you waited your baby was fussy to you so we just thought you walked out because of her and didn't think it was because of us. You might have mistaken us to being rude but we are not, all services are treated the same. By the way your baby is very cute.

Hi, sorry for what happen to you and when was this happen? And please bring in the receipt and if we did charge you $5 when there was no repair/fix your nail we will refund to you $5. Usually we fix it for free if there only 1-2 nails so we doesn't charge over $30(fill w/gel) & $20(fill w/reg) most of the time. Thank you!
