We don’t always have management or trainers on the floor during certain daytime hours, however we're in every day and we’re always reachable and happy to adjust things like music when requested. We’ll also be addressing your cleanliness concerns with our team to ensure we’re maintaining the standards our members expect. Mind you we do hold ourselves to a high standard in this regard and clean daily. We appreciate the input and hope you’ll give us another try next time you’re in town.

As you mentioned, you did not intend to join and do not currently reside here full-time. For visitors in similar situations, we offer a guest pass at $35 per week. We take pride in providing a secure, 24-hour facility where our members can feel comfortable and confident that we operate as a private fitness community dedicated to their experience and safety. Conversely, we felt it was our duty as a local business for the community to understand further what had turned so quickly from your wanting to sign up another family member just a month earlier to abruptly requesting to cancel. Anytime Fitness never pretends to be the biggest gym with resort like amenities. At AF we have several great amenities of our own; 24 hrs, new equipment, private shower and restrooms in a clean and friendly gym that represent exactly what many customers in the area crave.

We're sorry you're not happy with your decision. We were open to working with you and provided you a free fitness consultation along with an opportunity to join classes with a spectacular personal trainer on us to help get you motivated and learn new exercises to add to your routine. Agreements are made for a reason and beyond trying to accommodate you, its not fair to our business to allow you to back out of your commitment.
