It is hard to please some body when they don’t want to be pleased. When we received the vehicle, it was brought by the tow company. When they dropped it off, the car already had the scratches and the car didn’t start. To start to car we needed to install the alternator. We didn’t know if the car had any other issues. Customer mentioned oil leaks and requested to change to valve cover gasket. When the customer came to pick up the vehicle, a few hours later he called and said the car has scratches. He never mentioned anything about it when he came to pick up. Scratches were not done in the shop, but we still offered to have them fixed and the customer declined. Customer then brought another vehicle and he requested to replace the O2 sensors. There were 4 O2 sensors and the technician left the old ones inside the car. We only charged him for 3 but we did replace the 4 sensors. This was mentioned to the customer when he brought in the vehicle. I tried to contact him after he left but he did not answer my call. Thanks for the review, yes we can help you. The car come in because there was a noise. But the alternator is going bad that is why the car only went for 5 minutes. The alternator lock and the damage the belt and pulley. I can help my name is Hector Guerra 704-449-3896 direct line.
