While it comes to Uhaul their entry points are much higher than ours. For our 10x20 that price at time of rental can't be beat by our competitors. While Uhaul now has their price lock the rates are much higher than ours. Our 10x20s are priced more competitive than $329.95 as currently shown for a 10x20 at a Uhaul by our location.

Travis, Thank you for choosing our facility during a challenging move following an eviction. We strive to provide a safe, secure, and accessible environment for all tenants. Our 24-hour access is intended strictly for loading, unloading, and organizing stored items. It does not permit extended loitering or using units as living spaces. The Arizona State Statutes is very clear in that a storage unit cannot be used for residential purpose. Our manager intervened because your activities violated the State Statutes and our facility’s safety and compliance policies. Spending 7 hours during the night is tantamount to residing in the storage unit. Hiding two couches behind a shelving unit thereby creating a false front is further proof of wanting to reside in the storage unit. Regarding pricing, we adjust rates based on market demand, but we understand your frustration with the increase. We take all feedback seriously and will use your comments to improve our communication. We wish you the best with your new storage provider.

Even with the recent adjustment, your current rate remains below the standard non-promotional rate for that unit size.
