Thank you for reaching out. I work with our home office. We are aware of the gate issue that occurred at this location yesterday. I personally held the gate open at 5:50 pm yesterday. The gate had been working all day. We have a technician coming out today (couldn't do anything on a Sunday) to affect repairs. At each of our locations, we have a red sticker on the exit key pads that will ring to upper management if a person becomes stuck. My phone rang at 2:30 in the morning this morning regarding another issue. The night before, it was 1am. We operate over 54 locations in the NE FL market. We do our best to respond timely to any pressing concerns.
