Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand it’s frustrating when insurance coverage does not match what you were told over the phone, but we want to clarify how urgent care benefits and physicals work so that others reading this review are not misled. Urgent care — just like an emergency room — is designed for acute, urgent medical issues, not routine physical examinations. Your child showed no symptoms of pneumonia and more than likely improved with time due to the Tamiflu. We understand that medical visits, especially with children, can be stressful. If any aspect of communication during your visit felt inappropriate, we apologize and will review this with our team to ensure all patient
