Know that you can expedite your visit by completing your registration in advance. However, as an urgent care facility, we handle unexpected visits and sometimes have to prioritize based on the seriousness of the medical need. We truly appreciate your patience and for choosing us for your care.
Receptionist provided poor customer service and inconsistent policy enforcement.
