Mr. Martinez, We acknowledge you did not have a positive experience storing with us, and should you wish to continue our conversation, please call the office and a team member will address the issues. You mentioned Security, which is how we differentiate our facilities from our competition. We have numerous Cameras throughout all of our properties so activity on every part of the property is captured. We also have our properties very well lit at night which aids in the quality of the video captured at night. The vast majority of our roll up doors are secured first with a cylinder lock (much stronger than a disc lock) and then with a Door Boss which is an alarmed electric overlock.

Dear Jamie Phillips, We were surprised by this review given we have not had any reported issues with security in our parking. Our policy regarding towing unauthorized vehicles is to first warn the driver of the car that only authorized cars are allowed in the parking area. Should the warning not be heeded, a tow sticker is placed on the car for several days. If the stickered unauthorized vehicle is not moved after several days, then a towing company removes the vehicle.
Storage rental prices are higher than nearby competitors.
Manager exhibits unprofessional behavior and discriminatory practices toward employees.
