We are so sorry you had this experience on Dec. 23. We immediately called the manager on duty at Watson & Taylor Brockbank. She has been on the property and had the property cell phone on her all day. We believe the lock was not completed taken off and looked as if it was fully locked. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience. On the entry gate, there are two numbers listed with the cell phone number at the bottom. We believe you came at a time when she was cleaning the property but not in the office. We wish you a wonderful holiday weekend and hope you will visit Watson & Taylor Brockbank again.

We have a lot of respect for our neighbors at Public Storage and know they offer compelling value. We have compared a standard non climate, 10x10 drive-up unit which rents for $89 a month at Public Storage and $99 a month here at Watson & Taylor Self Storage. But what a customer gets when they rent a 10x10 unit at Watson & Taylor Self Storage is Amelia as their amazing manager who lives on-site and offers the best customer service in the storage business. The property is also surrounded by 24hr surveillance cameras and well lit at night with new LED lighting. We hope you are able to come back to our property as our customer.
