Ugh! We hate rodents! We do have pest control in place and they do visit monthly. With that said a storage unit is like a garage, rodents cannot be fully prevented. Let us know if you'd like to schedule a call. - [email protected]

Response to the public: We have layers of protection in place to deter law breakers, sometimes they are not good enough for a truly bad guy. We communicate the best we can, sometimes it takes us a few days to put the puzzle together. We did offer a refund of June's rent as a good will gesture. It is our policy for a tenant to sign a release if we refund any amount of money. That release simply states the matter is resolved. When the June rent check was cut and we asked the tenant to sign the release he said he wasn't going to sign anything unless we refund him 3 months of rent or he was going to write negative reviews everywhere. We decided to take the negative reviews as opposed to playing a negative game. While our lease releases all liability on our end when it comes to theft, we do our best when it comes to our customers and at times extend goodwill gestures. We are not perfect but we always strive to do the right thing.
Staff member was unhelpful and slow regarding U-Haul rental inquiries.
