Hello. We are so sorry to hear you had this experience at a Grocery Outlet. Just wanted to clarify that this location (Point Loma Grocery Outlet) does not have on guard security at the door nor throughout the store and never has. Each Grocery Outlet location is individually owned and operated which means each owner can decide if they want to have security throughout their store. This location does not have security and we repeat, never has before.
Cashier was rude and refused to provide a receipt upon request.
Staff were rude and humiliated the customer at the checkout line.
