It's concerning that you were charged for an inspection after having $900 in work done, and even more so that the initial issue wasn't fully addressed until later. We certainly aim for our technicians to catch all necessary repairs during the initial assessment, and it's disappointing to learn that wasn't the case here. I'm also troubled by the feedback regarding the CV axle not being tightened properly; that's not the standard of work we expect. We'll be reviewing this situation internally to ensure our processes are being followed correctly and to prevent this from happening again.
