Hi Autumn! Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. Our system is reservation based, which is why it does require a credit card to save your spot in class. The first class is completely free for all local residents. Our system blocks out everything except the last 4 digits of your number for security reasons. We can only imagine what a pain it was for you recently to have your information stolen. That is definitely not what is happening here. Our workout uses a heart rate monitoring system, so we are required to get some information before your class to get that monitor set up for you. We can appreciate being secure with your information. If it would make you more comfortable, we'd love to invite you in to tour the studio and schedule a class. You could then provide information in person at that time as an extra precaution.
