Dear Tantil Izu, Thank you for posting feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve. Our tenants have an expectation of excellence that we work very hard to deliver every day. Unfortunately, the original rental rate is not guaranteed for the life of your tenancy. Our rates are very competitive within the surrounding geographical area, and if you find a price that is lower within the criteria, we do allow price matching. As for the business hours, yes, we are closed on Easter and Thanksgiving Day, half day on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, and all day on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. This allows our employees to spend the holidays with their families. We are open every other day during the year. Lastly, our access hours of 7AM – 7PM are not chosen lightly. Over the years, we have determined that these are the ideal hours for the security of the property, keeping tenants and anyone else off the property late into the evening, thus providing a more secure environment for all. We post a last entry time of 6:45PM so that our staff can walk the entire property and make sure that everyone has left the facility.
