Jaime, I truly believe you have the wrong storage company. Stor-rite is also in Jacksonville, we're StoreRight Self Storage. I can't find your name in our past or current tenant database. We're sorry to hear of your experience, it does not match in any way our very cautious and professional lien sale process as our staff never enter a storage unit that is not completely vacant. We do wish you the best.
