Our business hours are 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Sunday. We are fully committed to remaining open during our posted hours unless there is an unforeseen emergency. Additionally, we do not have a security guard on-site or mail drop boxes in our store. Based on the details mentioned in your review, it appears that it may have been intended for a different location or business.
