purchased gym pass was never received and access was denied

Business reply on Google

Hi Kyle, sorry for the frustration! It looks like the email address was hidden when the pass was purchased, which is why the door access info never reached you. We understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when you were planning a late-night workout. If you wish to come back, please make sure your email is visible when purchasing your pass so we can send the door access information. Glad we were able to resolve this and get your pass refunded!

Misleading parking validation policy results in unexpected high fees.

Business reply on Google

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Cindy. We're sorry to hear the parking experience was frustrating. Parking is validated for up to 75 minutes, after which standard garage rates apply. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to make this information clearer for our members and guests.

Gym lacks ventilation, equipment is limited, poorly maintained, and rusty.

Business reply on Google

Hi Divya, I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our Belltown location didn't live up to your expectations. We highly value your feedback as it helps us improve. Regarding the temperature and ventilation issues, I understand how crucial a comfortable workout environment is. Please note that I am actively looking into this matter to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our members. As for the equipment, I wanted to mention that we are in the process of both upgrading our existing equipment and adding new pieces to our gym, as mentioned in my email two days ago. This update will address the maintenance issues and variety concerns you noted, and I hope it will significantly improve your workout experience. In terms of our sign-up process, we always aim for it to be as straightforward as possible, and we'll take your feedback into account as we work to improve. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on these enhancements. I hope you'll find these forthcoming changes an improvement to your experience at our gym. Best, Char

The gym's mobile application fails to load the location selection screen.

Business reply on Google

Hello Guillaume, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As noted on our website, in order to access the gym with a day pass, we request that visitors send us a photo ID. This protocol is in place for the security and safety of all gym members. Upon checking our records, it appears we did not receive your email with the required information, which would have allowed us to provide you with the access code. I appreciate your feedback and have since reached out to you via phone and email to explain the process. In addition, I've processed a refund for your day pass purchase. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Best, Char

unresponsive communication and rude staff made scheduling impossible

Business reply on Google

This is not true. I check our company emails many times a day -everyday, personally answer all calls and reply to all Thumbtack messages. In the past 7 years that I've had my Groupon campaign, I've never treated Groupon clients any differently. If you are who I think it is (the most recent Groupon client who didn't show up for their 5AM session after multiple emails back and forth, etc.); you bought your Groupon 2 years ago and cancelled on our trainer back then; but I still agreed to let you use it this time around when you asked. And you stood our trainer AGAIN. Your failure to make an attempt to make it to the gym, keep a commitment is NOT our problem. Don't go around bash small businesses just because you can. Get your sh*t together. -Charith Madawela (Owner)
